Ideology

Our goal was to create a place, where everyone; an elite athlete, mother of three or an office clerk; could all train together, overcome limits and give 100%-and that means everyone’s 100%, depending on their condition level, time flexibility or dedication.

In our ideology, we don’t use machines – we become them. We like to do, look and feel better no matter the pace-we aim for “a bit better”, but day by day and in the long term.

We love life and we want the most from it.

How can we help you be better?

CrossFit

For me crossFit was the thing that helped me to fill the hole in my life, after I stopped with sports on a high level. I didn’t like just going for a Jog or just lift weights in the gym-I missed the challenges, variety, competition and a proof of improvement. With CrossFit I got back my passion.

Functional Group Training

As the name suggests, it’s going to be all about functionality and we won’t be using machines. We will be using a lot of equipment though: TRX, BOSU, Sandbags, Gymballs, Kettlebells, Battle ropes,…and much more - every training is going to be unique, using different equipment or training method.

Personal Training

60min just for you - The best option for tailoring the training to your needs in order to get you there, where you want to be, the fastest way - Focus on Quality of the exercising, strength, technique and mobility improvement - Constant motivation and leadership by skilled and experienced trainers - chance to learn what you thought you never could - in case you are shy, we’ll have a separate room to make you feel comfortable

Fascial Training & Functional Stretching

Let's face it-we live in an absolute luxury. Floor heating, lift at home and at work, going everywhere by car…that's all good, as long as we keep our body moving. - This class is supposed to help everyone to get rid of stiff muscles and activate those that are supposed to work. - But not only that - in case your performance at work or training suffers due to lack of mobility, then this class is definitely something for you. - It’s a combination of fascial release using myofascial tools (rolls, lacrosse ball,…), physiotherapy & functional stretching. - This sort of class is very popular in companies as it keeps the employees fitter and pain-free.

Nutrition

70% of a fit body is built in the kitchen. - Just as a Ferrari wouldn't do so well running on coconut oil, so won’t we, if we keep eating junk food or following old-fashioned diets that never work in the longterm. - We would like to teach you how to eat-not which diet you should follow, but to teach you how to eat while at home, but also while traveling or during a stress period. So you would always know what is right or wrong, how much or when you should eat and all that without complicated structures and enerygy-taking-plans. - All you need to do is to contact us and we can set the first appointment.
