Community bei Crossfit Winterthur steht an erster Stelle, sowie gemeinsame Erfolge feiern. Zusammen haben wir ein Double Under Workshop organisiert, den ich als mehrfache Meisterin und zertifizierte Trainerin im Rope Skipping durchgeführt habe. Die Atmosphäre war wirklich toll und ich habe mich beim Besuch sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders das viele Tageslicht ist einzigartig in dieser schönen Box! Freue mich auf unser nächstes Wiedersehen. I dropped into CrossFit Winterthur for a whole week while visiting from Philly in the U.S. My first order of business being in town was finding the local CrossFit gym and I was so happy that five minutes down the road was this amazing box! CrossFit Winterthur embodies what CrossFit culture is all about! Being healthy and fit while being a positive force in the community around you. All of the members were so friendly and welcoming which meant so much being far from own CrossFit community. The workouts were challenging and fun— the atmosphere made me feel right at home! I will definitely be back to drop in the next time I’m visiting.

Started CrossFit as part of my #ThisIs40 journey - it was either this or going to church. I was hungry for community, a sense of togetherness and just a dope crowd of people. Oh, and of course, getting in top shape. FOUND SO MUCH MORE: - a super inclusive, international and lovely crowd - infectious laughter at every WOD - the occasional (and hilarious) swearing by the resident Brazilian - blisters on every inch of my hands and sore muscles for days - a support system stronger than any shape-wear - and most importantly, the encouragement to leave all past versions of yourself at the door and simply do the work What more could you want? Coaches are top, each one has their own style. Always helping, correcting, pushing and encouraging. And playing the occasional Death Metal track while you endure 150 Karens. Hello secret CrossFit language.... Did I mention it's 7 minutes from my house? Winterthur Hegi = Ombelico del Mondo! PS: THEY HAVE A KIDS CORNER. Brilliant. My 6-year-old is a part of the CrossFit Kids program - SHE LOVES IT.

Workshops

Our Gym workshops cover various topics like nutrition, lifestyle, bodyweight, fat loss and more.

We organise and also host all kinds of workshops that are somehow connected with performance, technique, improvement or simply well-being – those will always be posted on our website and social media. You are also going to get e-mails so you won’t miss anything.

Gymnastics

A CrossFit gymnastics class focuses on developing gymnastic skills, including bodyweight movements, balance, and coordination.

In our sport-specific courses we focus on the development and consolidation of skills and movements that are important for the respective sport. All levels of ability benefit from this, from beginners to professional athletes. Such a course is also suitable for CrossFitters who want to improve their technique and skills.

Weightlifting

A weightlifting class is a structured program to teach and improve weightlifting techniques.

In our sport-specific courses we focus on the development and consolidation of skills and movements that are important for the respective sport. All levels of ability benefit from this, from beginners to professional athletes. Such a course is also suitable for CrossFitters who want to improve their technique and skills.

CrossFit Kids

CrossFit Kids Training adapts CrossFit principles for children, emphasizing age-appropriate workouts to promote fitness, motor skills, and a love for an active lifestyle.

This is not just an hour of childcare for your little ones, rather sixty minutes of Coordination, Flexibility & Strength training.


Having experienced the benefits of a healthy childhood, we would like our children to profit from these essential foundations while learning to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle. The goals of CrossFit Kids are proper posture, good movement ability and injury prevention.


We are now offering a course for children ages 6 – 15 years old, which runs as a scheduled lesson excluding any public holidays (Winterthur).

Team sports

Team sports training is organized exercises aiming to improve the collective skills, coordination, and performance of a sports team.

We used to help Switzerland’s National Team in multiple areas to thrive and we are ready to help your team as well. We’ve worked with Ice Hockey, Soccer, Tennis, Aerobic Gymnastics,… 

 

Strength Programming, conditioning programming or both – We are super excited to get you and your team fit but we are also ready to offer you to use our facility without the obligation to use the trainer – Let’s talk!

Nutrition

Nutritional coaching is personalized guidance for making informed dietary choices based on individual health goals.

70% of a fit body is built in the kitchen. Just as a Ferrari wouldn’t do so well running on coconut oil, so won’t we, if we keep eating junk food or following old-fashioned diets that never work in the longterm.

 

We would like to teach you how to eat – not which diet you should follow, but to teach you how to eat while at home, while traveling or during a stress period. So you would always know what is right or wrong, how much or when you should eat and all that without complicated structures and enerygy taking plans.

Corporate fitness

This product involves wellness programs provided by employers to promote employee health.

Personaltraining

Personal Training ist ein individuelles Fitnesstraining, bei dem ein Trainer Workouts auf die Ziele einer Person abstimmt, persönliche Anleitung und Motivation bietet.

60 min just for you – the best option for tailoring the training to your needs to get you there, where you want to be. 

 

The fastest way – focus on the quality of the exercising, strength, technique, and mobility improvement. Constant motivation and leadership by skilled and experienced trainers, a chance to learn what you thought you never could.

 

In case you are shy, we’ll have a separate room to make you feel comfortable.

Functional Group Training

Functional training in a group setting involves exercises that mimic real-life movements, enhancing overall strength, flexibility, and coordination for everyday activities.

As the name suggests, it’s going to be all about functionality and we won’t be using machines. We will be using a lot of equipment though: TRX, BOSU, Sandbags, Gymballs, Kettlebells, Battle ropes,…and much more – every training is going to be unique, using different equipment or training method.

CrossFit

CrossFit is a holistic training method that is characterized by the integration of functional movements at high intensity.

The training aims to improve overall fitness by targeting different areas such as endurance, strength, agility and speed. CrossFit emphasizes versatility and constant striving for improvement, making it a dynamic and challenging form of training.
